Acora Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 August 2026

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These Terms are between you and Acora Ltd, trading as Acora and established in Hong Kong ("Acora", "we", or "us"), and govern the Acora service features made available through the iPhone application.

The licensed application itself is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Supplemental Terms add service, account, content-generation, and subscription terms. If they conflict with the Standard EULA on a matter the Standard EULA controls, the Standard EULA controls.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create or use an Acora account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and authorize your use of Acora. You are responsible for access to your device and Apple account and for information submitted through your Acora account. Provide accurate information and notify info@acora.app of suspected unauthorized access.

What Acora provides

Acora provides manifestation and reflection tools, including bundled starter content, personalized AI-generated manifestation cards and narrated stories, favorites, activity history, optional on-device sleep-pattern insights, and notifications. Features may change as the Service develops.

Acora does not guarantee that manifestation content will produce a particular life, relationship, financial, health, or career outcome.

AI-generated content

Personalized text, narration, and artwork may be generated using third-party AI services after the in-app data-sharing choice described in the Privacy Policy. AI output may be inaccurate, inappropriate, repetitive, or unsuitable. Review it critically and do not rely on it as professional advice or as the sole basis for an important decision.

You are responsible for goals, desires, feedback, photos, and other material you submit ("User Content"). You grant Acora a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, transmit, and process User Content only as necessary to operate, secure, and support the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain rights you have in User Content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use Acora-generated output for personal, non-commercial purposes. Acora does not promise that output is unique or that intellectual-property rights will exist in it; other users may receive similar output.

Acceptable use

Do not use Acora to:

We may refuse generation, remove unlawful content, restrict access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.

Wellness and medical disclaimer

Acora is a lifestyle and reflection service, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Sleep patterns and all generated content are for general informational and wellness purposes only. They are not diagnosis, treatment, prevention, medical advice, mental-health advice, financial advice, legal advice, or emergency support. Consult a qualified professional for advice. If you may be in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Acora Plus subscriptions

Acora Plus is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. The intended launch offer is USD 15.99 per month in the United States, with Apple-selected or owner-approved comparable prices in other storefronts, and a seven-day introductory free trial for eligible users. The exact localized price, trial eligibility, billing period, and terms displayed by Apple at purchase are controlling.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and Apple charges the then-applicable price. Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscription settings. Family Sharing is not included at launch. Deleting Acora or deleting an Acora account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Access may continue during a billing grace period offered through Apple. Trial and paid generation may be subject to reasonable per-window, reliability, and abuse-prevention limits. If a complete new set is temporarily unavailable, Acora may continue showing the last complete set or bundled starter content rather than partial output.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and delivery is controlled by Apple and device settings. Acora may send up to one content-ready notification for each morning and evening content window and important subscription-status notices. A notification may contain a short manifestation-card preview, which can be visible on the Lock Screen. Acora cannot guarantee delivery time or visibility because Focus, Scheduled Summary, connectivity, and Apple systems are outside Acora's control.

Ownership

Acora and its licensors own the application, design, trademarks, software, and service materials, excluding User Content and rights that applicable law assigns to you in generated output. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms.

Availability, changes, and termination

The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, safety, legal, or technical reasons. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice when required. You may stop using Acora at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, fraud, or serious risk to the Service, subject to applicable law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, disputes, and accrued payment obligations—continue after termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY LAW. ACORA DOES NOT WARRANT A PARTICULAR OUTCOME, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OUTPUT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACORA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a dispute in the courts where you live are not affected by these Terms. Otherwise, applicable governing law and jurisdiction are determined under the laws and conflict-of-law rules that apply to you and Acora. Nothing in these Terms requires individual arbitration or waives a right to participate in a collective proceeding.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified as required, and continued use after an effective change means acceptance where lawful. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel the subscription through Apple.
